Sorry, Chris, I couldn't resist!
As I was drinking my cup of Starbucks coffee on my way to MIT this morning, I heard the following story on my iPod from NPR. "Warning, Energy Drinks Contain Caffeine."
The story is actually better than the title. According to the web description:
Morning Edition, September 24, 2008 ยท Researchers are calling for warning labels on energy drinks. The drinks contain substantial amounts of caffeine, which could lead to symptoms associated with a caffeine overdose, including heart palpitations and insomnia. The energy drinks are marketed to adolescents, who haven't developed a tolerance to caffeine.
Just my daily dose of looking out for you...
Now, back to my venti skinny vanilla latte!

These days caffeine pills exist, which is a bit pointless seeing how every regular coffee drinker knows that caffeine only makes a difference if you're not used to it already.

Though, I think they should label. When the caffeine level is over 10x that of soda, it might be nice for the label to give users a heads-up

Is that you Anwesha? I know it's a common surname but not too common in the US.

I am pretty clueless about this since I drink maybe 2 small ice coffees a year when the dunkin donuts next to my school gives out their free ice coffees, haha.
so anyways, are you still tired after you drink coffee but just can't fall asleep or are you not tired at all?
