From 2002 to 2009, Daniel was the Director of Student Financial Aid and Student Employment at MIT. He is now serving as Executive Director for Temple Beth Shalom of Needham, a 700 family Reform synagogue.

During his time at MIT, Daniel tremendously valued his time blogging and was one of the original blogging team back in 2004 along with Ben Jones, Matt McGann and a small group of students. His blog entries are captured below as an archive.
