Biography
Hey y’all! I’m Aiden, a ‘28 currently living on Maseeh 2 who’s planning on (but not entirely committing to) course 6-7 with a minor in stats/data science. I was born in southern Missouri but grew up in northern Colorado, and before you can ask: no, I have never been skiing!
My love of writing stems from both my reading obsession as a kid and also when I found out that I’m not a good enough singer or actor for those to be viable forms of fame for me. Hopefully my blogs aren’t as painful as my Beyonce covers.
Here I’ll try to accurately display my truest self–that is, the complete ambivert. When people first meet me I am typically silent and shy, but over repeated encounters I slowly warm up to people to the point of oversharing every controversial take I’ve ever had (see: all tropical fruits are bad, West Virginia isn’t real, Harry Potter is bad, the economy is a hoax, etc.). If you meet me around campus, just remember that I am not actually that awkward, I’m just like brisket (as Lara Jean Song Covey might say).
This bio will probably be rewritten at some point when I inevitably read it back in months and decide it was 100% cringey or I switched my entire personality in the first semester, but that’s okay, because as US President Taylor Swift once said, “these things will change”.
