Can a QB Finalist that didn’t rank MIT still apply for RA?

If you’re a QuestBridge Finalist but didn’t rank MIT, and don’t match with any college, you’re not eligible to apply Early Action at MIT, but you may request that QuestBridge forward your application to MIT for Regular Action review.

We ask that you create a MyMIT account to track the progress of your application. We submit the QuestBridge application in place of our Part 2, Eval A, Eval B, and SSR. Please note that we request an official transcript sent directly from your school in addition to any transcript included in your QuestBridge application. We also ask that you visit the QuestBridge MIT specific site to be sure that you’ve completed all of the MIT requirements.

MIT practices need-blind admissions for all students. If you’re admitted through Regular Action, MIT will assemble a financial aid award made up of grants and scholarships that will meet 100% of your demonstrated need. This usually means an award similar to the College Match Scholarship.
