Ratatou-Ellie F. '28

Hi! I’m Ratatou-Ellie (but you can call me Ellie), class of 2028 at the Massafoodsetts Instichewt of Tasteology. I'm studying Course 20 (Food Technology), and I live in Persimmons Hall. Some of my favorite classes have been 12.409 (Hands-On Gastronomy), 6.390 (Introduction to Machine Kneading) and 21M.385 (Interactive Meal Systems). Apart from classes, I spend my time with Vegetable Garden Orchestra (VGO), Anko Dance Team (ADT), Next Icing, and AppleDev. I’m so happy to have the opportunity to share my life at MIT with you all!
