COVID-19

Learn more about how we are responding to COVID-19 in this blog post from our Dean and dedicated FAQs.

Online info sessions

We would much rather be talking with you in person, but we’ve put together the next best thing. Our online sessions will help you learn more about MIT and what it is like to live and study here.

Visit us (virtually)

We host online information sessions throughout the week. They will help you to learn more about applying to MIT, financial aid, and what it is like to be a student here. You can check out what’s happening below.

Information sessions and student-led tours

This is the place to start! Our information sessions are hosted by admissions officers who share details about academics, campus life, the application process, and financial aid. The session also includes a short campus tour with one of our student tour guides.

If you still want to learn more, we also host sessions with our amazing students. Join one of our tour guides for a longer, dedicated tour of their favorite places on campus. Tours last approximately 45 minutes and include a Q&A.

Who should attend

Our sessions are designed for prospective students and their families. However counselors, educators, and other members of the general public are welcome to join our sessions as well.

Ask a student
