CPW⁠01 Campus Preview Weekend, MIT admits are invited to visit campus for a weekend STARTS TOMORROW!!! These are some of the events I’m planning to be at. If you’re having trouble deciding which of 10 simultaneously occurring events to go to, here’s some ideas. Check out the CPW App for precise times and locations 👀.

Catboy Cafe x Gothgirl IHOP: we’ll have a lot of grilled cheeses (and gothgirls, and catboys, and goth catboys). A classic, must attend, East Campus (EC) event.

Course 1 x Course 11 x Course 12 Mixer (Geoguesser Social): geoguesser with undergrads in civil engineering, urban planning, and eaps (Earth and Planetary Sciences)

Academic Expo, Urban Studies and Planning Table: Are you interested in cities? Urban planning? What is urban planning? Come stop by to find out! A few current students studying urban planning (myself included) will be there to answer all your city questions.

Hispanifac: FAC is “Friday Afternoon Club”. The latinxes of EC will be providing latino food and snacks. Stop by if you’re curious about the latino community at EC.

Sunset City Walk + Ice Cream: Meet up with some current DUSP  (Department of Urban Studies and Planning) undergrads to go on a sunset walk (and have really delicious free ice cream at our destination).

Midway (Club Expo): I should be here for a bit with the Video Game Orchestra. If you’re a musician, you should definitely stop by. We have a lot of cool orchestral scores (arrangements written by members of the ensemble) to flip through.

Gay Beaver Marriage: Tim (MIT beaver) will be getting gay married  to Bernoulli (the CalTech beaver) at East Campus. I’ll be conducting the orchestra (we have not and will not rehearse).
