Biography

Hey Everyone!

My name’s Richard Oti (or Richie if you want to feel like you know me well) and I’m a Ghanaian American from Virginia here at MIT taking on my sophomore year. I’m currently a member of Chocolate City and planning to double major in course 6-14 (data science, computer science, and economics) and course 15-2 (Business Analytics). I’m a huge design, photography, and marketing fanatic as well as a lover of systems and computer automation.
When I’m not working on school work or projects I’m most likely either roaming around campus and capturing life with a camera, watching sci-fi movies, editing pictures, learning about design or vertical farming systems, or hanging out with friends.

My goal with this blog is to help give a little insight into life at MIT as well as share my perspectives on all the different ways life can be appreciated. Throughout my high school career I was really inspired by a number of online creators and bloggers so sharing my own experiences is a way I feel I can give back to the resources and communities that I relied on during my academic experience!
