New intro to AeroAstro teaches design-build flying

This year, first-year students in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AeroAstro) are getting real design-build experience, completing stratospheric balloon launches in the rebooted course 16.00 (Introduction to Aerospace Engineering).
