RA Selection Day 3 by Matt McGann '00

Today’s tie: Sesame Street themed, with Big Bird, Cookie Monster, Oscar the Grouch, Elmo, Ernie, and Bert

Today, I worked with Marivel and Prof. Laura Ceia-Minjares of the French Department. For lunch, we had some delicious Thai food. Yummy!

After work, I met up with some old friends, including one who was in town because he’s coaching a team for the Harvard-MIT Math Tournament. We got our old games group together and played Bohnanza (the “Bean Game”) with the new High Bohn expansion deck! Then we finished off the gaming with the classic Settlers of Catan. All in all, a great break from the selection committee.

Even though it’s a “three day holiday,” we’ll be working throughout the weekend. More updates as we continue…
