Quick update: Right now, the “committee room” (room 10-100, converted for the purpose) is very quiet, but in 2 hours it will be abuzz: selection of the Class of 2009 begins today at 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time. I’ve even worn a tie (*gasp*) for the occasion! I’m excited but also nervous, knowing that we can only take fewer than 400 people during Early Action. I assure you we’ll treat your application with the utmost skill and understanding, and will make the most fair decision that we can. More updates as selection progresses…
