Sometimes it’s easy to get frustrated with the world. There’s too much happening to keep up with everything, and it seems like nothing ever seems to go right.

Frustration is a part of the human experience and a reminder that you care about some things, regardless of how much you say you don’t.

In times of stress and disappointment and anxiety, we forget how to appreciate the good things, like a letter from home, fried eggs and toast, or powdery snow on a sunny day.

When everything sucks, try to remember the good things and care about You.
