MIT doesn’t award second bachelor’s degrees, regardless of the course of study. We encourage you to apply to MIT as a graduate student.

Can I defer my enrollment?
If you're admitted to MIT, you may defer enrollment for one or two years. After confirming your intent to enroll in MIT's first-year class, you will be asked to submit a formal request for deferment to the Dean
